Laki33 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Laki33 ("Laki33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the platform available at laki33.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services.

By creating a Laki33 account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Laki33 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or bonus offers on the Laki33 platform. Where specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules take precedence for that game or promotion only.

To register and use Laki33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Laki33 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account or to gamble in any form.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts or place bets on the Laki33 platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on Laki33 or have an active exclusion request in place at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Laki33 or any of its game providers, affiliates, or service partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Laki33 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending document submission. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an under-18 player will be forfeited in full.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one Laki33 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If Laki33 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your Laki33 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested. If you provide false information at registration, Laki33 reserves the right to close your account immediately and to withhold any funds it determines were obtained through misrepresentation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laki33 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Laki33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@laki33.bet immediately.

Verification

Laki33 may require identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Standard verification requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held. Laki33 processes verification documents within 24 hours in the majority of cases.

Currency and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on Laki33 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Laki33 does not accept payments from overseas accounts or in foreign currencies.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer. There are no fees on deposits. Deposits typically appear in your Laki33 account balance within 30–60 seconds of transaction completion. Laki33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Laki33 imposes no fees on withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: under 3 minutes for verified accounts
• IBFT bank transfer: 2–4 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Laki33 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not unique to any player or account type. You must ensure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

Laki33 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the offer's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Laki33 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions by account age, verification status, or payment method used.
• Unless otherwise stated, a 35× wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. This means that bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered 35 times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Laki33's welcome bonus applies to a player's first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through the wagering process described in each offer's specific terms.
• Laki33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice. Any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of amendment will be honoured under the terms that applied when the bonus was claimed.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to complete wagering, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in all bonus funds being forfeited and the relevant accounts being suspended.

All bets placed on Laki33 are subject to the specific rules published for each game category and sports market. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• A bet is not confirmed until Laki33 displays an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet ID. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on your submission action.
• The minimum bet across most Laki33 sports markets is Rs 100. Minimum stakes on individual slot and table games vary by title and are displayed within each game's interface before play begins.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, event, and account status. Laki33 reserves the right to impose or adjust individual bet limits at its discretion.
• Laki33 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event was already known, or where odds were published in error. In such cases, the original stake is returned in full.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to data feed availability. Laki33 is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect the odds displayed during in-play betting.
• Once confirmed, bets on completed markets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless the cash out feature is available and exercised prior to market settlement.

Results for all sports markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, Laki33's decision — based on available official data — is final.

Laki33 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with the Laki33 platform in any way
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from known exploits must be reported to Laki33 immediately; failure to do so constitutes attempted fraud
• Colluding with other players in poker, table games, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants
• Money laundering, including using Laki33 as a mechanism to clean or obscure the origin of funds. Laki33 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering authorities and is obligated to report suspicious activity
• Accessing the Laki33 platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool intended to mask your true location or identity
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any reason including bonus abuse, matched betting coordination, or circumventing a suspended account
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at Laki33 staff or other players

All content on the Laki33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, video content, and software — is the property of Laki33 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Laki33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Laki33 content without prior written authorisation from Laki33.

The Laki33 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Laki33. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in connection with any product, service, or communication is prohibited.

Laki33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy. By using the Laki33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Laki33 collects data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, gaming activity, and device and connection information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. Laki33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data in transit between your device and Laki33 servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Payment credentials are tokenised and are not stored on Laki33 servers in retrievable form. • Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from Laki33 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laki33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Laki33 platform.

In particular, Laki33 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform that are outside Laki33's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Losses resulting from the player's reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to contain an error
• Indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational damage

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Laki33's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Laki33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

Laki33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A player is found to be in breach of any of these Terms
• Laki33 reasonably suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with the account
• A player fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested
• Laki33 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory instruction
• A player's account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and real money balances derived from unfair play — may be forfeited at Laki33's discretion. Where closure is not due to a player's breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player within 5 business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@laki33.bet. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Before closing your account, consider using a self-exclusion period if your reason for closure is related to problem gambling.

Laki33 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Laki33 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Laki33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
